    TMC Manufacturing Company, Inc., along with its subsidiary TMC2 (1218146 BC Ltd) is a scientific material supplier based in North Vancouver, BC that produces key components for medical diagnostic and therapeutic applications. The company is currently expanding its facilities, having developed proprietary technology to produce ultra-purified materials used to produce cutting edge cancer detection and treatment.

    Position Overview:

    As the Inventory Controller at TMC Manufacturing Company, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and maintaining smooth warehouse operations while working closely with the supply chain team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and components.

    • Receive, verify, and process incoming stock, ensuring correct quantities and quality standards are met.

    • Input stock data into the inventory management system and maintain accurate records.

    • Label and organize products in the warehouse to facilitate easy access and efficient tracking.

    • Collaborate with the supply chain department to reorder items when stock is low and ensure optimal inventory levels to support production schedules.

    • Process returns and exchanges, restocking items and updating inventory records accordingly.

    • Perform regular inventory audits, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions to resolve issues.

    • Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate key supply chain metrics, such as inventory levels and lead times.

    Qualifications:

    • Degree or Diploma in business administration, finance, or a related field

    • Minimum 1-year work experience in warehousing/inventory control

    • Previous experience with inventory management systems required.

    • Previous experience in the medical equipment manufacturing or healthcare industry is an asset

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

    • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Ability to lift and move items as needed.
